Portfolio monitoring scans and extracts covenant headroom, change-of-control consents, cross-fund vendor concentration and benchmark grids (LPAs, SHAs), with citations. Alongside it, Anthropic's legal artifact gallery rebuilt for the fund's in-house legal team, each piece pre-run and scored against an answer key written before it ran.

Anonymises corporate transaction documents for a precedent database — entity discovery, preservation, Word tracked changes and an independent QA sweep, with three human checkpoints.

Invents a complete fictional M&A data room, plants a known set of findings in it, and proves each one can be found from the documents alone. Current library consists of seven private synthetic VDRs of up to 4,000 documents, three of them labelled eval rooms with dirtied twins, used to benchmark third-party DD tools, stress the gb-mnadd pipeline, run sell-side exercises and score document classifiers.

Classifies every document in a data room by type and routes each one to the right team. Three hand-written signals — folder, filename and the words on the first/last pages — and how many agree is the confidence score. Claude gives a second opinion rather than filing; anything still unsettled is listed for a lawyer rather than guessed at. 245 document types across 14 workstreams built on SALI's LMSS taxonomy, OCR for scans, rules a lawyer can edit, and a scorecard kept against five keyed synthetic rooms.

Tracks what changed in a Datasite data room — added, moved, renamed, new versions, no longer visible, access changes — and keeps a change log for the review team. Items are matched on Datasite's own IDs. Claude fetches, a Python script does every comparison, and on the MCP route nothing is logged until two individual reads agree. Also reads through Datasite's read-only API.
